I always wake up like 30 minutes before my alarm goes off. Really sucks cause I do it on the weekends and when I'm off too.

i prefer waking up like 20 minutes before my alarm goes off and "resting" lightly until it actually goes off.

i do it on weekends and days off too, but then i just force myself back to sleep

which is easy for me, i guess some people can't do it - but i never understood those people haha. i might be up like an hour or so, but i just read in bed and eventually am able to fall back to sleep!

I don't think we can agree on this.

I like waking up from a dead sleep because I usually feel crazy rested. I mentally prepare myself for nights that I know I'm only getting 3-5 hours so when my alarm goes off and I feel like shit I can cope. On the contrary, when I know that I'm going to get 10-12 hours, that alarm going off is actually pretty sweet because I get out from under the sheets like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

Oh, I'm not a morning person at all. I hate waking up and I can literally sleep anywhere at any time of day. Thing is though, after so many years of having a fucked up schedule when I actually do get onto a normal cycle I feel amazing, and even more so when I have a few days off in a row.
