Apologies if it has already been posted, but it's a nice clear video of a hillclimb in an F3000. I've seen F3000 Hill Climb vids like this posted before but they aren't usually this clear and this one only has about 6,500 views so I don't think it's very widely distributed. A lot of bugs are killed in the making of this video.

That sort of shit blows my mind. These open wheel drivers are seeing, planning and acting before I can even evaluate a given corner. I'm sure they're familiar with where they race, but the reaction time and precision is just fucking mind boggling.

Here is a rather high speed course in an F3000. This driver seems to do well in terms of transitioning between the low and high speed corners on this course. It's something that impresses me simply because I'm sure the car is quite different to drive at low speeds with no down-force and a lot of drivers don't seem to be quite as smooth with these cars at lower speeds, but this guy is pretty good at all speeds from what I can tell. He accelerates out of the low speed corner at 1:30 beautifully, with just the slightest touch of oversteer, and he comes within inches of the wall on the outside of the corner in complete control as he exits (You get to see him drive this section from the outside perspective at the end of the video too). This is really some excellent driving IMO.

suspention is exactly what it should be... the best handling solid axle it can be. The 2010 track pack handled spectacular according to all the mags. You have to keep in mind... more people will probably take these to a shorter track with no turns than a larger track with lots of them. And irs (especially not a setup cheap enough for a gt mustang) isn't where you want to be at the drag strip. Not to mention the fr500s seem to be killing it at the track.
