The freethrows at the end took off about 10 years of my life though, that needs to be fixed. I can kind of understand it though. We are mostly young and were on the verge of beating #3 UNC. I probably wouldnt have drawn iron.

That's my prediction. That puts us at 7-9. We'd have to have at least two ACC Tournament wins, with one of those being over a highly ranked team at the time ala when we beat Wake Forest in 2005, to have a chance at making the NCAAs. That team would probably be UNC or Duke. If we beat UNC again and we're 7-9 then we might only need one win in the ACC Tourney. If we beat GT, FSU, or UMD on the road and are 8-8, I predict we'd also be in the situation of only needing one ACC Tourney win. I still think we're NIT bound though, so I'm not getting my hopes all built up. I do believe that we can win most of our remaining games though if we continue to execute like we did against VaTech and UNC, minus the turnovers and better FT shooting down the stretch.

I hate that I missed this game. What a WIN!

But at least there was a good consilation with the broadcasting crew. For once somebody was not all over UNC, and I love how many times they stated "Tyler does not have skill" and "Atsur is a very good floor general"

I am not sure if it will help atsur's stock, but having a reputable broadcaster bragging about you certantly can't hurt.

Look congrats on the great win but you all need to calm down you're hate towards UNC fans. There shouldnt be so much hate over basketball. There are many UNC fans on campus and you all need to treat everyone with a little more respect after all it's just basketball. I have been the biggest UNC fan since the days of Felton and May and I'm not just gonna switch over all of a sudden just when I went to this school. Not to mention I am going to transfer there as soon as I get the grades.

Now about the game you all did good but I bet you 9 times out of 10 and when it actually matters UNC would destroy NC State. I am rooting for State to go far and hopefully NCAA tournament but if they play UNC again I don't see them having much hope especialy since the tarheels will want it more they didnt really care about last game Roy Williams said so himself.
