no 100% serious. Take the battery out for about a minute and then put it back in. It'll take about 3-5 minutes to boot all the way back up.

well there's the free kind then there's the kind you pay for. i wonder if those are any more accurate because mine was the $$$ kind (i'm guessing no. the only difference is the "official" one is longer aka really boring)

and then there's books about the different types. if you take the one that costs money they give you like TONS of shit all about you.

yeah, a lot seem to have memory leaks so pulling the battery pretty much resets everything. Also if it's your first blackberry, be sure that you're actually closing 3rd party apps instead of just sending it to the background. That can also make it slow.

^ ha. I pay like $92 for my Storm with Verizon. ~$40 for 450min, $10 for 500 texts and unlimited IN, and $30 for data. But it's totally worth it.
