What Joe Ovies said today (on a wral video segment) is that, the NCAA never leaks anything. And he's right. Apple should get them to handle iPhone testing. The USC investigation was wayyy more high profile and for all the years they investigated, nothing was known by anyone until the day they announced sanctions.

All of this sounds like UNC trying weasel it's way out of this mess. I guess UNC is not conducting it's own investigation because NCAA is already hard at work?
