GD, same shit every game. Learn some sense, coaches. Howell didn't foul out of the game in the end. If he would have been in 1 or 2 more minutes, that would have been the difference in the game.

This has been the worst season for officiating I have seen in a long time. We blew it with two turnovers in a row - the bad pass to Zo and the intercepted pass from Wood - but the refs simply swallowed their whistles on the winning basket. As ticky tack as the whole game was called (on both ends) that play has to be called. Block or charge is a judgement call, and if it is a block, so be it, but you can't not make a call.

Alright everyone's already bitched about the refs and they made some shit calls but holy shit state is not a cerebral team to say the least. The final 2 possessions, Gottfried not knowing Leslie had 4 fouls, Leslie's 4th foul, Painter taking 17-footers, etc.

Nah. He was right on that. There wasn't enough contact. He didn't even have possession of the ball. Hail Marry passes to end the game don't belong in basketball. Set up the long three, not the lob pass.

The call before that should have been made one way or the other. But the refs were pretty inconsistent the second half. Even Zeller's 5th foul was weak sauce. We got the brunt end of it, though.
