I think they're referring to the ranger losing the puck in the shootout and managing to put it in off a bad angle. I think losing the puck actually took Ellis out of it though and they guy just recovered and made a good shot.

Prices are raised, making the "discount" practically negligible. Parking up to $10 for STHs, will be upped to $15 for everyone else.

The way prices on Stubhub are going, I'm dropping down to the 12 game pack and then adding a few select games here and there. And when I do that, I'm parking across the street.

Yeah, with the discount Fanzone tickets are actually slightly higher (80 cents/ticket). Still super cheap, but it's kind of annoying, along with the fact they are still touting these exclusive STH entrances when they let anyone and everyone through after yelling that the line is for STH only. The few times I've bothered to go through that line, I've been right behind groups wearing the opposing colors.

Also, like I said earlier, really bad timing in trying to get me to pay for 43 games of this garbage next year before seeing major changes.

Also, I saw that capgeek has us as currently in the top 5 spending teams next seasons. And that's with Brent, Hall, LaRose, Wallace, Corvo, and Ellis as UFAs and Nash/Sanguinetti as RFAs.

I've gotta think that we sign Brent at slightly more than he makes now ($750k), re-sign LaRose for slightly less (the pimp hand will be strong once again), re-sign Sanguinetti for $700-800k, and let Hall, Ellis, Nash go. I'd really like to see Nash and Wallace stay, but I'd be surprised if we kept one, let alone both.

I mean, we can talk all day about Cam being overpaid, which I think everyone agrees on, but isn't going to change.

And while you can't necessarily have good goaltending on the cheap, consider that Chicago's goaltending duo is paid just over half of Cam's salary combined. Ottawa is the same way. Boston's duo is about 2/3 what we're paying Cam.
