It wasn't even a bad call. Torres had been on thin ice for 20-25 minutes already at that point and went in too hard for a ball he had no chance of winning. It was a second yellow card, he didn't need to crush on Vertonghen's face or anything. It was a hard, stupid foul after he'd already been in trouble and he rightly got sent off for it.
