DL appears to continue to get stronger.

According to 247 he had offers from most every SEC school and Southern Cal and 247 was predicting him to go to Tennessee...that doesn't really sound like a 3* to me. But recruiting is weird.

saw him behind the SEZ on the way in. he is just ridiculously large for an 18 year old. watched a half or so of Wake Forest earlier this year and he looked like shouldn't be allowed to play against high schoolers.



on another note, Scout has Frazier as a 4 star. apparently that's what he always was but they had some error in their database, per some Scout dude on PP.

Everything I've read has UNC firmly outside of DL's top 2 schools, so not sure why that would change now. He cancelled an invite to visit UNC and came to a NC State game on his own accord with friends.

Will be interesting to see how many OV's that DL takes, he is announcing early-mid December because he's enrolling early.

well, 247sports cyrstal ball has Florida as his projected leader, followed by FSU, UNC, Alabama, NC State. But nearly everything I've read made it sound like Clemson, State, and UF had the best shot with UNC as a real outside shot.

he has been to nearly every single state home game this year...i'd say that's a good sign.

Closing out the year strong will hopefully help show him this team isn't that far away. Good showing vs. FSU, easily beating Syracuse, and coming away with a good win vs UNC could do that.

Not sure where the DL info is from ^^, but last update I saw he was still planning on going to the NCSU/UNC game next weekend, which I think would have him attending every home NC State game this year.

Not saying we have a legit shot, just don't think we're out yet, apparently our coaches are trying to convince him to just make this coming weekend an OV since he was planning on coming anyway.

Riley was #2 WR on our board behind only Overton, so hopefully we'll land him as well. Appears this class will be taller WRs to go with last years shorter/faster WRs.

DL setting us as his final OV is huge for us. Most didn't think we stood a chance without an OV despite all of his unofficial visits. Not saying Clemson isn't the favorite still, but at least now we have a reasonable chance to sway him.

Dexter Lawrence is at today's game against UNC, meaning he's been to ever home game this season except for Syracuse. That'll be 4 unofficial visits and 1 official visit from a top 5 player in the country.

Even if we don't land DL, no idea what else our coaches could have done outside of winning the ACC in this recruitment.
