I've been sick for 3 weeks (although mostly better now), and just finished the biggest exams I'll likely ever take. I'm so exhausted. Why can't I sleep?

Also, despite being almost over whatever bug this is, my throat is still messed up. My voice is cracking like I'm going through puberty, that is when I have a voice. It better be back by Monday. How else am I going to make new friends at school, and participate in class discussion during the first week of classes?
