i remember traveling to charlotte when we played you guys there. and when we had the state swim meet there since it switched off between raleigh and charlotte (i swam. didn't play football, lol).

football guys were ok

i was more into the lacrosse boys though

yeah, i dunno about women's lacrosse... public school mens lacrosse was still being set up when I was down there (I helped my friend at providence getting their club going). Although I hear they are trying to set up disc golf teams for schools with matches like traditional golf, so nothing would really surprise me at this point

well I don't think it is a sexist thing- there just is no real interest in women's lacrosse down here in the south

same reason you don't see much hockey at the highschool level down here - and really why it took so long for lacrosse to make it to the public schools too
