Or they could just put a disclaimer up like the WebPages who have illegal content do and just say if you are affiliated with any form of law force you are not allowed to access this website

equating limitations on speech to "yelling fire in a movie theater" are not entirely logical. Posting on TWW about smoking this, hacking that, or doing something, does not imply clear and present danger. Now hyopthetically, if a user were to post something which may cause mass hysteria(ie tactical nuclear warhead headed toward Raleigh, NC) then you have a claim on limiting speech. Or perhaps making a threat on the welfare of other people.
