The Panthers are fucking stacked this year no doubt.

The Falcons might still be slightly better and they do own us heads up.


Philly will still post a better reg. season record probably but we are the best team when we play heads up with them...

It'd really help if we could homefield advantage for our inevitable matchup with Atlanta in the playoffs this year.... cross your fingers for a Vick injury.

The WR's are fine we start Steve Smith who is sick nasty and Keary Colbert who is ready to ball. WE don't run a lot of three receiver sets anyway, but Proehl is dependable as a #3....

The secondary is much more experienced this year and if we can get production outta TDavis look out.

The linebackers are a potential problem but the D-Line is loaded so it doesn't really matter.

Our o-line is upgraded majorly by adding Wahle and we've got a stable of FOUR RB's that when healthy would all be 1,200 yard guys. Yeah, they'll get banged up but it doesn't matter cause we have four of them to choose from each week...

I think we sleep to 10-6 if we're healthy.

Had a good time this morning. It was great to see Steve Smith flying all over the field again, and Thomas Davis looked good, and played free safety with the first team defense. He lined up with the linebackers a lot in sort of a 46 style formation, and did a lot of blitzing. Gardner actually didn't drop any passes.
