The "Perfect Situation" video premiered yesterday. It has Elisha Cuthbert in it, and the concept is that originally the band was called 'Weeze', and Cuthbert was the lead singer. They butchered the intro to the song (one of the few good songs on the album) and added really cheesy vocals during the outro, but the video is kind of fun. Karl is in it; first time he's been in a video since the Say It Ain't So vid.

Weezer is going on hiatus now, possibly for good, but the good news is that The Rentals are back.

weezer is like mike tyson to me. they started out great, so great that im willing to give them a chance everytime they do something new, but im always disappointed, even though i know they will never be the old weezer again.
