i think rush sucks too, ive tried to like them, ive listened to them alot, i just dont like it.

i just cant get into a guy that sounds like an old woman singing over eleventy million drum beats a second.

of course, i dont like drum solos that much either (unless the drumset takes off like a rocket and flies around like the guy from X Japan, but thats just theatrics).

poison is, by all accounts, a shitty band

but they know it, they don't hide behind it, and they even flaunt it

which makes their shows kick ass, and their songs pretty fun to party to

I know some guys in a band that opened for them when they played @ Clemson. They said all the guys in OAR were really cool and totally admitted that they were nothing better than a crappy high school band.

I'm still pissed about the Journey comment...Steve Perry is one of the greatest rock vocalists of all time. And some of the other bands mentioneds are amazing, looking towards Radiohead, Yo La Tengo, and The Beatles. Some of you fucks are just straight up trolling.

Those guys have sold 24.5 million records during their career, all while hardly getting any media attention.

it took me a while to get into the postal service, but suddenly it just clicked and now i love them...check out Death Cab for Cutie (same singer)...their new cd is really good

You people really need to learn the difference between a shitty band and a band you just dont like.

I dont like the vast majority of the bands mentioned here, but they're far from being shitty band.

Hell, i cant stand Radiohead, but they're by no means a bad band. They just dont appeal to me.

And for those who are saying Rush is a shitty bands: You're all either fucking deaf, or dont understand the first thing about music. Theres alot of rush i dont like, but they're by far one of the most talented, and musically sound bands mentioned here.
