if you file a dispute w/ PayPal (failure to deliver-- cite quality of service, administrative neglect), CrazyJ will ignore their e-mails, and you will get your money back

with enough disputes they will put a hold on the account, and CrazyJ might have to pay 5 minutes of attention to the site to resolve that

I'll probably get banned for life for pointing this out, but whatever, it's sad that CrazyJ won't even respond to e-mails from PayPal... much less user complaints, requests, and comments
