We're simply saying it's pointless to say that just because we don't win the ACC/get to the Final Four, that we're not a good basketball team.


As was said earlier in the thread, maybe 8 teams can realistically expect to make it there year-in, year-out. Those teams have remained pretty constant over the past 10 years or so... 10 years ago if you mentioned NC State with so much as a winning record, people would probably fling cow shit at you.

I Think if you look at Herb v. Chuck you have to look at talent. Herb researches his recruits so well, he gets more foreign talent then anyone. Chuck is often loaded with talented players and provides mediocore coaching. We honestly should have won at least 8 games this year, Carolina and WF had NO PLAYERS! I think chuck is a barrel chested moron who is just loud enough to bring in a lot of money. Herb on the other hand is more reserved but is much better at X's and O's. Long Live Herb!
