^^^^you seriously overanalyze things and looked too deep into this movie.

This movie isn't about "thinking". Its about watching and being entertained. I thought it was pretty sweet. If you actually LIKED the first one then you'll like this one. I even would go as far to say that its as good as the first. I saw it with 3 friends and they all loved it. And one of them has been in the theater business for over 7 years.

^ I feel what you are saying, but that sex scene "stood out" waaayyy to obvious. His pelvic area was like resting on her breast damn near and I was like wtf, slide down dude. The movie to me was not that good. I diddn't expect much from it, so I wasn't upset. It's missing something and I just can't put my finger on it. One thing tho; the cliche' hollywood love scene, and just the overall relationship b/t the two characters(saline & hybrid) was to predictable. I grew very sick of their relationship and wanted him to die.

i liked the movie

it made sense

it was entertaining

there were a couple of loopholes in the plot but then again that is pretty common with movies these days

however i thought the action was pretty damn good and the step up in gore was definitely good

I really liked this movie...it was extremely entertaining. I knew there were going to be plot holes and shit that didn't make sense. But it kept me entertained and wasn't too outlandish.

And Kate Beckinsale is just amazing. Her pants in this move are just amazing.
