NFL - Colts. Dad grew up a Baltimore Colts fan, so i inherited it, even after they moved to Indy. I remember hearing stories about Unitas when i was a kid... then through the Harbaugh era and now the Peyton days. love 'em.

MLB - Orioles. Once again, since I'm from the DC area and my dad is a Marylander, i just sort of grew up around them. no other team like them, that's for sure.

NCAA - Wolfpack. uh, it's my alma mater, and my sisters alma mater, and my dad's alma mater... it's the family school.

NHL - liked whoever Gretsky was playing for until he retired, then at college i discovered the Canes.

NBA - i hate every team but the Suns (Barkley and Majerle), Knicks (Ewing, Starks), Celtics (Bird, McHale), and Heat (Zo, now Shaq).

ncaa - state - grew up going to state games since i was around 8 or 9. dad and grandad went to state

nba - rockets - became a huge suns fan during the kevin johnson era. later sir charles became my favorite player period. when he went to houston my love for the sir overwhelmed my love for the suns.

mlf - white sox - dont know why really. went to a bunch of baseball stadiums b/w ages of 10-14. i had really good seats for the sox so that probably played a part, but i already like bell and raines i think.

nfl - 49ers/'skins - what kid didnt like montana/rice?? and my sister like the 'boys so i had to like the 'skins

nhl - penguins - at one time i liked the steelers somewhat, and the pirates were tied for first w/ the white sox, so i just picked another pitts team and stuck with them since i was around 12. i dont realy follow hockey that much though. although i did watch the entire 5 overtime game against the flyers a few years back even though i had an exam the nextt day.

MLB: Cardinals...Grew up going to cardinals games while Ozzie Smith was playing.

NFL: Rams/Panthers....Used to watch the Rams panthers game every year untill they stopped playing. Didnt really care who won when I was little, but then the Rams had a blowout season and won the superbowl...that was pretty sweet. It was a wierd day when they met in the NFC Championship game a few years ago.

NHL: Canes/Blues...Grew up going to Blues games as well. Gotta support the home team too though.

NCAA: NC State....come on...look at the other teams...do they look like they satisfy me often? I'm used to this disappointing bullshit.
...I also grew up a Duke fan b/c my stepdad went there, and their run to the championship in 91 was the first time I remember watching basketball. However, I am at NC State right now, so I hate Duke. Thats the rule for you other fuckers who had previous favorite ACC teams before you got to NC State.

NBA:sucks....If I had to pick........I'd watch college B-ball.

NCAA - Michigan - My entire family is from Ann Arbor and Detroit, I have 8 close relatives who are UM graduates. I'm pretty much the only recent one NOT to go to Michigan.
- NCSU - Didn't know anything about us before I got here, but I've been come a devoted fan in the 4+ years since.

NFL - Panthers I am from Charlotte, I remember watching WBTV when Paul Taglibue announced the new franchise and Jerry Richardson screaming thank you into the camera. Been hooked ever since.

NCAA - NCSU I am alum, I don't like the way the football team is playing but I still tune in every week. In NCAA BB I pull for UNCC (except when they play State) because my dad went there. NCAA FB I pull for Clemson except when we play them Uncle went there mom's family has ties to the school

MLB - Red Sox always loved them since I first saw the Monster. Its cheesy but I was 6 always followed them. Secondly the Cubs will always have a place in my heart because Wrigley Field was where I saw my first MLB game, they played the Expos.

NHL - Hurricanes, I pulled for the Sabres because of a Friend who was from Buffalo but when NC got a NHL team I pulled for them.

NBA - can't stand it would rather watch grass grow.

MLB - A's/Nationals.... A's because I am a big Tim Hudson/Tejada fan, and I like their style of play. Too bad they get rid of their stars. I still pull for 'em. Nationals because I don't like the Braves and following the A's gets a little difficult, DC is close so they are a new favorite.

NFL - Patriots: Mainly I just felt bad for them when they were so bad for so long after getting crushed by the Bears. That and everyone where I grew up was huge on the Redskins and I never liked them at all.

NCAA - NC State: I grew up a State fan, went to State, and still live in the triangle. The '83 title game is the first basketball game I really remeber watching.

NBA - Celtics: Bird, McHale, Parrish, and all the history behind the team when I was growing up and getting into basket ball

MLB - Indians: Didn't really have a favorite for a while and was tired of everyone liking the Braves. That and Major League is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.
