Although, as a caveat, you likely wouldn't need to have a senior back rush for 200 yards against a 1AA team to have a good lead, nor would you want to risk injury to him.

I mean fuck, if it doesnt mean shit, then why didnt we have 200 yards rushing against ECU. Why didn't we have 200 yards rushing against UCONN a couple of years ago. Decent D-1A programs dont just give up that much rushing yardage to an average running back, and Southern Miss is decent...a hell of a lot better than UCONN and ECU ....and we barely beat UCONN a couple years ago.

Take it for what it is...a good performance....there's nothing wrong with giving him props for this game, just dont say he's god yet.

USM and EKU do give up the same amt of rushing yds per game...

baker average 14 yrds per carry against EKU, you think he coulndt have gotten to 200 if we had wanted him to?

yup, USM has given up 155.9 ydspgm and EKU has given up 156.4 ydspgm

but those stats don't mean anything without considering their competition
