0% down, had the seller pay $3,000 in closing costs... ended up costing me around $1,500 after some of the pre-pays and leftover closing costs. We spent our money paying for wedding stuff which would normally be debt carried at a much higher rate than the mortgage so was definitely the best way for us to go.
