Yup, it like you can squat 700lbs but when in your life are you ever going to find your self in a situation where you have to but 700lbs on your back, squat down to your ankles and then get back up?

i got some banana's the other day and i think it was like 3 for 50 cents..i was like damn 5 dollars worth of shit i buy could be like month supply of bananas

i think thats the key in what everyone has said... i did the same thing about 6 weeks ago i simply cut out most of the outside food and junk i eat and just replaced it with stuff that isnt bad for you and i am still shedding...

thats why i hate the winter, you cant get decent fruit...you can only get shit fruit for double the price

5'9" if you believe my flight physical, but I think I must've had a really tall day or someone taking generous measurements (like to the top of my hair or something).

Don't know if it's been said already or not... Circuit Training. Cardio on your days off from lifting... High intensity, no more than 30-40 minutes. Proper Diet 5-6 meals a day, plenty of complex carbs, as little high-glycemic carbs as possible except right after you workout.

considering getting into running heavy. i think that's the best way with moderate weight training - maybe 3 x's a week. and no more fast food . . . . and lots of water.
