Don't know if it's been said already or not... Circuit Training. Cardio on your days off from lifting... High intensity, no more than 30-40 minutes. Proper Diet 5-6 meals a day, plenty of complex carbs, as little high-glycemic carbs as possible except right after you workout. 12/2/2005 8:51:59 AM |
