i say wait in the car, when dude shows up, pull out a peice a fire a few warning shots in the air. if comes closer, shoot him, or drive away. show him you are a straight up gangsta

You should rig a skeet thrower with a samarai sword so that when he sits in the driver seat it chops his head off.

not really, once you go take the car back in kind of removes any proof that it's been stolen. guy can just claim he has no idea what you're talking about or that you let him borrow the car and he gave it back.

i'm not really understanding all this, besides being the "smart" thing to do, calling the cops and watching what went down from a distance would provide me the most entertainment. hell, to make it better claim you don't even know the guy, that he just stole the car and you happened to see it parked wherever. make the police do something worthwhile for your/our tax dollars while providing amusement.

I think the felony refers to the guy using a stolen id along with the 'stolen' car.

I say pop the differential cover off and drain the oil. Then you can blame it on a shotty differential cover that leaks and the car won't budge.

Or slap the starter a few time with something metal you may can short the whole car if you get lucky

well, we still cant locate where he is staying and i mentioned before that my buddy doenst want the guy to get into any trouble, he just wants the money or the car

so as soon as we can find where he lives at, we are money

BTW, that's a good way to end up eating up the diff gears and bearings, lest somebody forget and end up driving the damn thing...

What about removing the keys and locking the door?

That's always how I disable my car.
