They seem to have very similiar skill sets. Fast as hell, but not terribly accurate. I'd wager Michael has the more powerful arm though. Marcus could probably be just as good as Michael if he were to ever stop being a fuckup.

^^to me, it seemed like he was a tad slower and less elusive, and a bit better at throwing. basically, neither aspect really special enough to be a standout in the nfl. thats just my opinion though.
