Plaque is a figment of the liberal media and the dental industry to scare you into buying useless appliances and pastes. Now, I've heard the arguments on both sides, and there is nothing to convince me of the need to brush your teeth. 1/23/2006 1:24:59 AM |

Mine were done by Dr. Anthony Immediata on Creedmore Road. He also did my brother and broke/realigned my dad's jaw.
I had two. I was numbed/gassed, one was a pulled the other was an impact. I was groggy for the rest of the day and couldn't drink without dribbling. I think I was on soft food for 3/4 days then was pretty much back to normal. My brother was put under and took over a week, but then he's a wimp. 1/23/2006 6:48:27 AM |

I had my wisdom teeth removed during Spring Break my Junior year of HS. I had to have my 5 wisdom teeth surgically removed. They gave me some form of anethesia through IV. I was pretty delirious the first day. I had problems taking my pain medication. Pain Meds are not good to take on an empty stomach, and I wasn't really able to eat anything to go with it. So I was nauseated from my pain meds and completely miserable. My face was swollen and bruised. Luckily, I never developed dry sockets. However, it took me a full week to recover enough to begin normal activities again. 1/23/2006 8:48:04 AM |
