Well I got my ticket. The lower price level sold out in 8 minutes If I'm already paying that much I suppose the extra $19 or so won't make that much difference in the long run.

Anyone else have one?

I got me and my gf tickets for her birthday! stoaked about good music/not stoaked about heat, smelly hippies, mud, jam bands, or the drive.

Damn- I really want to go, but Tennessee in June? It's going to be hot as fuck, and I have little stamina.

Those of you who have tickets, do you have room for a passenger on the ride there/back? Or I could drive, whichever. Due to time and/or money constraints, none of my friends are able to go. Not too crazy about driving that long by myself.

god damn, Sonic youth, matisyahu, tom petty, blackalicious, elvis costello, RADIOHEAD?!?!?
I'm in tears.

Radiohead's shows are amazing visually. Except to see a TON of really insane shit, definitely worthwhile shit right there.

For the record, Death Cab fucking sucks.

REALLY wanna see

Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers (seen before, good show. has TONS of good songs)
Phil Lesh & Friends (like the Dead...next best thing I guess)
Ben Folds (still kicking myself for never seeing BF5)
G. Love & Special Sauce
Steve Earle (prob the #1 performer I'd want to see out of this lineup)
Son Volt (prob #2 performer I'd want to see)
Blues Traveler

Would like to see:
Beck
Elvis Costello & the Imposters
Bela Fleck & the Flecktones
Buddy Guy
Matisyahu
Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder
Shooter Jennings

Would go see if there was nothing else going on:
Damian Marley
Jerry Douglas
Rusted Root

Bump because I'm thinking about selling one of my kidneys to go see this. And I just saw clips from 2004 on TV.

Want to see:
Radiohead, Ben Folds, Elvis Costello, Beck, Death Cab, Seu Jorge, Andrew Bird, Bela Fleck

I'd still listen to:
Gomez, Blues Traveler, Bright Eyes, Sonic Youth, Tom Petty, Dresden Dolls, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah

$169 what a rip off.

Lollapalooza is 140 with a ten times better lineup

i'm assuming you have to find a place to stay if you're doing lollapalooza though.

I guarantee you would have to spend a whole hell of a lot more money to attend lollapalooza than you would on bonnaroo. the bonnaroo ticket price includes camping on the festival grounds. you'll have to get a hotel for a few days to attend lollapalooza... unless you happen to live there or have friends that live there with room on a couch for you and your buds.

the lineup is your own opinion. a good # of the loolapalooza bands have already played or are playing at bonnaroo.

^^i thought that too, but when i looked at the bands i was planning on seeing, the only overlap was with death cab, nickel creek, blues traveler, and andrew bird. eh.

i would really love to catch the raconteurs and the shins though... oh well, guess i'll have to "settle" for bonnaroo
