bad luck

fuck the nuggets' stupid gm

i blame him

he is a moron for drafting hodge, they didnt need 5 people to play 1 position.

he goes to the suns, the kings, he's a valuable 2nd option off the bench

Doesn't matter if Hodge is from state or not, he wants to play in the NBA....just like all of the other guys in the NBDL. I hope Hodge can be traded to another team that needs him.

I hope Hodge makes it back to the NBA, but nobody watches it anyways so at least he got paid.

holy fuck, will you stupid assholes stop saying this....the guy was getting no minutes so he wanted to move down to get some burn, he is not like the others in the NBDL scrapping for a 10day contract he is a first round pick with 3 years of guranteed money, he will be on the roster and back on the bench for the nuggets next season, he is just getting some valuable experience, stop acting as if he was demoted permanently

10 pts for hodge...4-12 from the field, only 19 minutes of play

well he didnt shoot lights out, but he had 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals, with only 1 turnover. that and the 10 points in 19 minutes is pretty solid.

like I read in Bill Simmons' article the other day

the Nuggets have 3 point guards, 5 small forwards, and 4 power forwards

they're gonna have to move Jules in order for him to get significant burn

With Denver's roster, Hodge must have impressed somebody to stay in the big league as long as he did. Its just not smart to have that combination of players.

both ncsu players did well. cant believe hodge hasnt fixed his ft shooting. he needs to watch his junior year tape. it was still ugly, but it was effective

hodge had 17 points, 10 rebs, 5 assists in 23 minutes. pretty damn good. I wish they'd let him play more than ~20 minutes. he coulda easily had a 3x double if he played as much as grundy.

hey he was 7-9 ft's, its not 2 bad

Gotta wonder if he's nursing an injury or something. That few minutes in the NBDL is a little odd.

20 minutes is way better than what he was getting on the Nuggets roster.

And the other guys on the team are trying to get noticed and get a contract. Hodge is just there to get a little PT.

They are paying Hodge millions while the other guys aren't even on contract. They could give a rats ass about giving people a chance, they want return on investment.

Keep him fresh with minimal injury risk?

If he has an existing, minor injury, that makes a lot of sense.

who could give a rats ass? the nuggets, b/c they do not own the torros? the NBA does, and those players are from 4 teams, so I doubt the nuggets can just call up and say, "hey, we are paying hodge almost 1 mil a year, play him the whole game"...that isn't how it works!

Hodge is not in game shape after sitting out the first 3 months of the season. He probably needs a few more games before he's ready for 40 minutes.

nuggets dealt away a pg and a sg today. they got a sg in all the trades, but he's basically a throwaway salary relief player, so maybe this'll pave the way for hodge gettin some playin time with the nuggets this season and becomin part of their rotation.

The Nuggs traded Vashon Leonard, maybe they'll actually have a use for hodge now, not likely, but ya know... one less gaurd they have.
