well, if they continue to grow at 120ish% year over year they will be a force
plus, the company started with ~6 employees and now have over hundred...

I'm sure they are looking for investors, they are probaly even cold calling.

But my opinion is they are headed for implosion because they have all their eggs in one basket, have pretty much saturated their market, rely on cold calling for sales growth, have high turnover, and are recruiting unqualified workers.

Feel free to explain why the company has a good outlook.

high turnover is usually not a good sign
