I really need someone to take over my part of the lease. I'm moving out this coming weekend, and I want someone on the lease either by the time I move out or shortly afterwards. I will have already paid may's rent, so I'll only charge $150 for the first months rent, and you'll pay my roommates $287 + 1/3 utilities for june, july, aug.
