jesus, get Duncan & Yao out of there.
Such liabilities.
Flip Saunders is killing me, leaving Lebron out there so long... that guy is just dominating.

West needs to put their starters in. Their bench is playing like crap. Gasol and Allen, namely. 2/19/2006 10:56:44 PM |

eh... they just put Duncan & Yao back in.... now we're in trouble.
Flip outcoached the West....
20 point lead never evaporates if you dont leave T.Parker/R.Allen out there for 15 straight minutes. 2/19/2006 11:06:41 PM |

T-Mac indirectly proving why Kobe is the best in the game right there.
Pretty good game... Lebron is THE MAN.
dang, +160? You must have taken that pretty early... closed at +140. No clue you had that kind of money on it... makes my $50 play look pretty uninteresting. nice win.

yeah wednesday the lines were better, a lot more people shifted as the week went on
I love playing the east in these games, iverson always comes to play, and now with lebron and wade, they have the guards to run with for the next decade 2/19/2006 11:33:21 PM |

Cause i'm pretty sure they're not bro's 2/19/2006 11:34:07 PM |

yeah i have no problem with the East ML play... i just liked the West -5.5 (+135) a little more... only gotta hit 44% to win...
I just thought the East had too many liabilities... Rasheed, Arenas, and Wallace i was right on, but Shaq and Bosh played well. Lebron is just flat out amazing and Flip hooked him up by letting him and D.Wade play so much more than everyone else. I guess since Flip coaches the Pistons he didnt feel bad letting Rasheed & Hamilton ride the pine so much (those two played as many minutes combined as Lebron did)
Kobe was pretty solid, but they wanted to give T-Mac the MVP in Houston so i guess he never felt comfortable taking over...
I didnt see Duncan being as bad as he was... certainly didnt anticipate Ray Allen being HORRIBLE, or Tony Parker being anemic in the 2nd half (5 turnovers, jesus!)
Yao ming was a clear liability, but figured he could do a little better job on Shaq.
The West was 4-26 from 3's and 14-24 from FT... thats a pretty good way to offset a +20 rebounding edge and 17 point halftime lead...
oh well, win some - lose some..... got lucky on the over/under play... was looking for small value, never anticipated making $35 in six minutes on that. 2/19/2006 11:42:37 PM |

usually the intensity picks up really late, but that one picked up mid 3rd quarter cause the east decided they wanted to come back. thats what made it interesting for me. 2/19/2006 11:52:56 PM |

Chauncey/Rip chimed in a little, but that was the Lebron show tonight. 2/20/2006 12:00:41 AM |

to start the 4th, the East went on an 11-0 run. Chauncey had 7 pts and 2 asst. I'd say that's more than a little.2/20/2006 12:20:31 AM |

Considering Lebron scored 29 and all four Pistons combined scored 23 (on 41.5% shooting), I'll stand by my previous statement.
^ Also note that he said "3rd quarter", and your quote said "4th quarter"
The third quarter and fourth quarter are actually separate quarters, they aren't just clever names.
3rd quarter scoring:
Lebron James - 13 Chauncey Billups - 3 Rip Hamilton - 2 Ben Wallace - 0 Rasheed Wallace - 0
