thought i had section g, so i ordered. turns out having two pages open trying to find the best seat doesn't work, as i ended up ordering section r. NOT GOOD. tried again, got section h, an end seat even. so i'll be having a ticket for sale later on...

i just checked back and it looks like all they have left are single seats. i clicked "best available" for one ticket and it came up with a seat in section H. if you're looking for more than 1 together you are probably SOL though. i was on there at 10am and they were already out of the best seats, i ended up buying 2 seperately that were a row apart from each other

SECTION-G ROW-C SEAT-12

I was done by 10:02am. Do people still go to Kroger and stand in line to buy tickets anymore?

Honestly, sections R/S/U/V are nice seats. You're closer to the stage than G/H/J, but the height gives you a better vantage point from the angle than A/E. They're cheaper to boot.

mine weren't cheaper. but i can definitely see what you're saying about the height being an advantage.

and even if they were cheaper, we're talking about $2.50 here...

I got Section G, row H, 9 and 10. I was done by like 10:02 as well.

That livenation.com site grinded to a halt around 9:58 or so. It was throwing up errors when I tried to refresh (even though I was logged into Ticketmaster already).

Did anybody know that 96Rock was giving away tickets all week? I was a little pissed off when I heard yesterday's "trivia question."

I meant they're usually much cheaper...I didn't pay enough attention to the thread to see that the difference from cheapest to most expensive was $2.50, because:

^^Yeah that was the question.

I was hoping for something "challenging" like, "What was name was used by BFF before they were BFF?" But filling in the blank for RTS...oh yeah real challenging there

^Hahaha I'm sure Sledge would be happy to hear that. He's shown up to Ben shows before so he might make an appearance, who knows.

Do we know if there is an opening act? I can't imagine it starting so early and there not being one.

I'm so excited about tomorrow!

^I looked around the other day and the opener is this guy named Chris Mills.

http://www.chris-mills.com

Apparently it's just a guy and his guitar on stage - most people I've heard say it would probably be better if he had a band backing him. Guess we'll see tomorrow if that's true...

Also on his MySpace page, he lists the show starting at 8pm. The 7:30 I think is when they'll open the doors.

Haha 15-501.

I hung out afterwards and talked to him for a bit. He was a bit more interested in getting his kids to bed than taking a few photos so eh. I got another ticket signed.

Excellent show though. That's the first time I've seen him not end with "Song for the Dumped" so that was a little interesting.
