I guess the point was missed that when we say a banner, we mean a National Title banner, i.e. you are the best team in the nation. Nobody remembers five consecutive NCAA Tourney appearances, nobody remembers 20 win seasons. They remember championships. If you can't understand the importance of winning titles then I have to question your basketball IQ.

I'm not a blind, arrogant person who expects NCs left and right. We were on par w/Duke and Carolina before. We went through rough times and now we've been left in the dust. I wish our Admin had high expectations; that would translate all this defeatist attitude permeating the fanbase into higher expectations. C'mon atleast let's contend for a title...NC, ACC Title, shit! aaaaaaaaaannnnyyyything.

Let's not just RSVP, make an appearance, and then get ghost. Let's atleast have the host of the party know that we were there. We don't have to take home the Homecoming crown, but let's stay around long enough for some punch, a dance.
