I actually don't like Porterhouse anymore. I find it just too hard to evenly cook with the big bone in there. Of course when its done right you have the best of both worlds, I just can't seem to get it down.3/26/2006 12:55:04 AM |

marinate the steak in garlic, red wine, salt and pepper and a touch of soy sauce (maybe some Worcestershire if you feel like it)
if you want to add some fresh herbs that is good too
then cook that shit over a medium hot grill but make sure the steak is far enough away from the coals that it doesn't get tough 3/26/2006 1:56:26 PM |
