Look, if you blew above the legal limit, you have no grounds to bitch. You know the law. You don't have to agree with it, and if you choose to disobey it (or, in this case, chance disobeying, since not everyone carries around accurate breathalyzers), you should be completely prepared to deal with whatever consequences befall you.

You knew your risks, and you knew that you stood to lose more than the average joe schmoe who ends up in court.

it was a real, regular, city of wilmington police officer. my brother's case has been continued for over a year now, 12 times. the cop hasn't shown up once. it's bullshit to me.

a friend of his had a case continued for 4 years. he did something early freshman year of college, and didn't actually have a full trial or whatever until he graduated.
