Criminals take pictures/video of their crimes all the time. Also, perhaps it was someone not affiliated with the crime that took the pictures.

wrong, you stupid slut. a condom will not keep all DNA off of a victim. if she was brutally gang raped like she claimed, there would have been sweat, hair, skin, etc. that would have provided a DNA match. there was no DNA found on the broken fingernails. no DNA found on anything associated with the victim.

she should be arrested and given the maximum penalty. everyone in the media and the people of durham owe these players an extreme apology. they assumed they were guilty and vilified them. although an apology wouldn't do any good now because the damage has been done.

It's just a sad situation all around.

If the attorney's correct, then this woman just made it 100 times harder for a woman who's really been sexually assaulted to come forward...essentially placing the burden of proof in rape cases on the victim.
