I've read all nine parts. I'm glad that Mewes managed to kick the habit for this long.

Smith must have the patience of a saint, though. If I had been in Smith's shoes, I probably would have permanently kicked Mewes out after the third or fourth stint. I certainly wouldn't ever believe him anymore if he said he was clean.

Does anyone think that Mewes will ever relapse again? It is good that he's been clean for three years straight, but what does everyone think his odds are for staying that way? Given his previous track record, I personally think that it's fairly likely that he'll relapse (though not guaranteed), maybe in a couple more years.

^I'd like to say that he'll stay clean. Kevin and the family mean a ton to him.

That video was heartbreaking. He was so candid and awkward, repeating himself with the same points.
