well, i'd say that the stores shouldn't legally be forced to stock anything, but it's just as much the right of those women to sue. I don't think they should win, of course.

If walmart is the only place a woman can get birth control in a small town but they won't sell it, someone will eventually start selling birth control in that town.

the morning after pill, regardless of your stance on abortion (i'm anti-abortion but pro-choice btw)

is not a fucking "med"

its not like you're going to fucking die if you don't take it

this isn't like wal-mart refusing to sell insulin

although, again, they legally have the right to not sell insulin if they don't feel like selling it

Kmart doesn't sell handgun ammunition (thanks, Michael Moore )

but nobody is sueing them to force them to sell it.

^probably becuase guns kill people, and because the morening after pill is an important product for women's health.

if walmart didnt carry tampons they would get sued by a bunch of feminists for sure.

you think pregnant women are HEALTHIER then non-pregnant women? the weight gain....the morning sickness....the bloody miscarriages....the kicking....i could go on
