Called it like it is.

Quote :
"Not only was he selected by the Bengals (a reliable indicator of future flops), he was coached by QB guru Jeff Tedford in college. Tedford-coached quarterbacks -- Trent Dilfer, Joey Harrington, Kyle Boller -- haven't had much NFL success. Aaron Rodgers is the next Tedford pupil to hit the draft."

I'd say Bryan Taylor. He to the same high school I went to (East Carteret High School in Beaufort, NC). He was the #1 MLB draft pick in 1991, signed by the New York Yankees. He was the first high school player to ever be the #1 draft pick in MLB history. Anyway, got in a bar fight one night in the summer after he graduated high school and dislocated his shoulder (as Carlos Mencia would say "duh da da"). Nothing was ever heard of him since.

No NBA flop will ever top Sam Bowie.

Darko comes close.

I know plenty more about Brien Taylor...

He was the first draft pick to ever get a million dollar deal.

He got in the bar fight because of his brother (and he broke his hand too).

His mom was his agent.

His Topps Stadium Club Rookie card is worth infinitely less than what my mom paid for it.

He led AA in ERA one year for the Greeensboro Bats. And when I say led ERA, i mean his ERA was about as high as Joey Devine's.

^^^wrong

Just because Bowie was picked before Jordan, it doesn't mean he was the worst.

Bowie averaged 10 and 7 playing 10 years in the league, not great for a #2 pick. But his career averages are slightly better than Michael Olowokandi's, the #1 pick in '98 and Shawn Bradley's, the #2 in '93.

Heath Shuler is running for Congressman. He is from Waynesville I think and is running for the 11th District spot. He is a pro-life Democrat.

Guess he has to make money somehow?

P.S. His wife is GORGEOUS!
