I have a lab where I took the final on 4/26 and the grade hasn't shown up yet; I looked at the Grade Submission Report and my TA is the only one who hasn't turned grades in out of all the sections. I have emailed her 2 times, but no response

Yeah, the weekend sucks. You have to wait until 6:15 on Monday to see anything reported after Friday.

My bet is that it updates at the same time as the other server, and therefore is of no practical use to us, other than if you just want to look and see how slack your professor is relative to others in the department.

I had the 9:10 section 2 of that same class. He lets students stay after and grade tests... so they are graded within an hour of people finishing... the benefit of staying to help grade is you can get your grade immediately. He even calculated my A in the course after grading the essay part of my test himself. Knowing your final grade for the class within an hour of the exam was nice.

sooo, do the profs have a list of who's a senior? I know they are supposed to have graduating senior grades by Wed., but do they know who is a senior and who isn't? I'm waiting on one grade and there's an issue with my GPA i need fixed by Friday, and for that all of my grades need to be in.

we did the tempo trainer for senior design. we didn't get it on the pcb and packaged, so i'm guessing that is the reason for the A- and not an A.

also...i took ece492g last semester so that might be why i got my 480 grade and some of yall haven't

the university really should set up an automated email system that sends a student an email when a new grade is posted. I can't count how many times I've checked my grades in my 5 year career

dcwalton - i thought that the class was fair - the material is all there and as long as you study you can do well, i suck at scrapbooking and other crarfts which is mainly what hurt my grade, got an 87-88 on all 3 of the tests, some of the questions are tricky but its a good class overall - professor is cool too so that helps.

and to HUR and the comment about being a business major and getting A's while partying all week, not to get off on a tangent but I studied and earned those A's (and as a matter of fact, I don't party on weeknights, and rarely on the weekends as I have to drive everywhere) - think what you want but fuck off with the sweeping statements as they don't apply to everyone (and I mean fuck off in the best possible way).
