Sealed documents? The only thing that is sealed is her identity. She knows she can hide behind that, so she can make up whatever she wants and nothing will some of it

the problem you run into this case and cases like this are the ease of access to the media. Much like Natalie Holloway if it is a story that peaks lots of interests then they will talk it to death. These guys have been tried in the media and found guilty before the case goes before a jury. Cable news networks are treating everything Nifong says as a proven fact when it isn't. Its a shame the judicial system has come to this. If they are guilty they should be punished.

I smell a lawsuit if they are innocent, and you can bet the City of Durham, the DA's office, the accuser, and Jesse Jackson and his group of rabble rousers will be named in the suit.

I agree 100%. Which is why the lawyers have been on TV lately. Nifong wants to hear nothing of the evidence that proves these players innocent. If they are guilty, then they will and should be punished, but I'm just not seeing any evidence of such guilt.
