I wish him all the best and everything and if he goes on to live a happy life without drugs ill be impressed and take back what i said.

But the truth is he's just fooling people and maybe even himself with all this "ive learned my lesson" talk...

we're not talkign about a guy who was confused and starting experimenting. His brain has been re-wired by all that drug usage. He's an addict and that doesn't just magically dissappear.

Everyone wants to think he's changed because thats the happy story, but it's just unrealistic...

good luck to him anyway

Josh was 1-3 last night in his first game back with a double and run scored for Hudson Valley.

His intro song is by a Christian rock band and he cried during the national anthem because he was so glad to be back where he belongs.

aww i wish they would ban him from the game. Sick and tired of each year this guy getting a thread about him. Everyone wish's him the best but all he did was take a gift and piss it all away. I hope he flips burgers at some fast food place the rest of his life.

^Jealous much? The guy paid his price...was suspended for two years. If he makes it back now and is clean, good for him.

im happy for him. glad that he's seemed to straighten himself up so he can play ball again. If the guy keeps his nose clean, i think he could def. make it up to the majors. He's got a great story to tell if he can pull it off.

I'm friends with him and his family, have known them since I was 6 or 7 years old...

I'm glad he is doing better for himself

yeah no reason to hate on the guy... he made really, really bad decisions but he paid his price (2 year suspension). If he can keep himself clean there's no reason for him not to be able to play...

I just think a lot of people are too quick to think "oh he's back now for real!" when clearly he's still an addict and probably isn't ready to handle this...

if I had his money I'd probably have a drug problem too

I am happy for him, because he is a good guy and I hope he makes the best of this chance cause it may be his last
