Chris, geez man. A gallon of water weighs 16lbs, so you're talking about around half a gallon of boobage from in each breast. 7/18/2006 8:56:39 PM |

A gallon of water weighs 8.34 pounds. I knew this already, but thought I could nip the argument in the bud with a page of info. 7/18/2006 9:59:41 PM |

Damn my bust. So that's almost a gallon of boob per breast. That's just ridiculous. 7/19/2006 1:55:06 AM |

just get pregnant, wait about 9 months or so, you'll drop like 15-20 lbs in one day. It's gonna hurt though and given that you are "M" it may not be so easy. 7/19/2006 2:27:48 AM |

The Grapefruit diet is actually called the Mayo Clinic Diet and it was designed to help people lose weight prior to surgery.
My older brother used this diet to get back into shape when he developed a middle age paunch. He has been in the best shape of his life for several years now and looks much younger than his 42.

Exactly, it's NOT meant for long term use, its NOT a solution and its NOT healthy for general dieting.7/19/2006 1:00:26 PM |

^ Pretty much any dietary modification that aims to lose weight is not for long term use. You go on a diet, lose weight, and then engage in a healthy lifestyle that includes healthy eating and regular exercise. 7/19/2006 1:25:57 PM |
