Tiger actually made over 90 million last year when you total all of his endorsements and winnings, and that is for one year alone. I don't know the exact number, but I am guessing Tiger has made over 500 million in his 10 year career. He is only 30 years old, so I predict he will easily pass the 1 billion mark in total earnings for his career. Then you factor in the fact that he has skills, a hot wife, and celebrity status...I'm pretty sure nobody would agree that your friend could "buy his ass" even if he really does have 600 million right now. Seriously, who would make that trade?

I read something like this in ESPN the mag (I think it was ESPN). Anyway it said that Tiger would be the first billion dollar athlete in history at his current pace. It also said that he had recently (like early 2006) passed the $500 million in total career earnings. It is amazing to think that he's only 30 and has made that much bank.

Yeah, thats pretty much my point. He is a total prick. I have no problem admitting he is going to end up being one of the top atheletes of all time, and the best golfer ever, but the guys attitude is very bad. Hell, even hosts on sports shows have commented about it. He's a fucking dickhead.

As much as I can't stand Tiger woods, I don't actually consider or thing this should end his streak, and they were saying the same thing the other day on PTI that if he did lose this, it shouldn't count, and even if he won, it shouldn't extend his streak. First of all, its not a PGA tour event, and also, its a match play tournament, which is VERY different than stroke play that the all time streak of 11 was set playing. Sure it IS a tournament, and he is playing in it, but the circumstances of the whole thing are entirely different than the wins he has so far.
