I'd like to get one in the next year and put it in a garage with a space heater so I can use it as a sweat room. 9/12/2006 1:27:55 PM |

personally holly, Iif there is a pool, I'd recommend swimming, especially since you have crap knees. just aim for the long distance training (does not bulk up shoulders much if at all) but probably 'burns' more calories than the elliptical would...
on your question I wouldn't really buy one unless you are gonna use it daily and it's a good quality one... 'cause if it breaks you'll kinda be sol for a bit.... which sucks.... 9/12/2006 1:44:56 PM |

i do plan to use it on a daily basis when i'm home
i travel a lot for work and like to use other equipment or the swimming pool when i travel
there is a community pool where i live thats full of kids that piss in there
its $2 to get in and they close at 5... when i get off work at 5 that's not very helpful
but i agree, swimming is a good work out and i do enjoy it when i get a chance 9/12/2006 6:48:41 PM |
