Totally! There were some regulars who showed up at like 8:30 or so. Says it goes til 10:30, although I left at 9:30 cause I had some things to do.

But yeah, any time between 7:30 and 10:30 is fine

I knit & I've been to the Helios thing a few times in the past few years. I also work and have a family so I'm used to having very little time. I've made hats, scarves, a baby blanket and a poncho for my daughter. My current project is a hooded pullover. It's taking forever, but I'm not going to start anything else until it is done.

i've never tried knitting before, I know how to crochet sorta (its been a while),

the meetings at helios, is there anyone there that would be interested in teaching me how? i'm definitely more of a hands on learner, and the book stuff usually confuses me. I'm gonna go check out those SnB books though, they sound cool.

Just wondering if it was all people that already knew what they were doing, or were there a lot of noobs there too. I definitely need a girl activity, I think me and the boy are spending toooo much time together, and most of my g/fs have graduated or moved away.
