I didn't attend Michigan.

But I was born in Ann Arbor, and was raised to love the school. I have eight relatives who are alumni. I watched games with my dad every week since I was old enough to watch TV. Sure, I didn't go, but I've loved the team my whole life. I was a fan all last season when UM lost five games. I took all your shit about their failure. My turn now.

i'd say it's definitely good enough to pull for them over notre dame, i'm just saying it's a fine line between that adn someone who picks, say, unc when they're 8 b/c they're good in basketball and they like the color.

but i'm w/ you on this one, i got a real kick out of nd losing so bad after coming into the season essentially picking themselves to win the nat'l championship.
