i agree, you don't have to be a WoW player to get the episode - it might help with some of the particular jokes, but the overall gist was universal.
i think the funniest aspect was how they portrayed the main protaganist. Not that he was fat and unshaven, but how he played the game - just sitting there with his wrist guard on, barely moving his fingers on the mouse and keyboard, completely expressionless, regardless of what his character was doing. then when the boys turned into that - emtionlessly giving each other commands and throwing lingo and jargon back and forth. good stuff

Someone said on a different post that Trey or Matt must be a fan. They did it not to make too much fun of WoW as well as respect the game. Only way they could have done it is if one is a WoW addict. Great episode, I've played other MMORPG but not WoW, and I could still relate. One of my favorite episodes.

This was honestly one of the funniest episodes of south park ive ever seen. I didnt stop laughing.

The music, the custom scenes blizzard helped them make, it was just hilarious.
