Philip Rivers, the NEXT Chris Simms!!!!!!!!!!!

This has to be the oddest statement ever made on this website.


Chris Simms is generally considered a bust by Texas fans. He was one of the top recruits in the country and he had a pretty so-so career at Texas and probably shouldn't even have started many of the games that he did.

It was a shock to virtually everyone that he even became an NFL starter.... coming off a marginal season last year, he was one of the worst passers in the league this year if not THE worst...
