Sunday: Football, CBS or FOX. NBC at night.

Monday: Football, ESPN, evening.

Tue/Wed: Football, NFL Network (re-broadcasts of games)

thursday - the office, rw/rr challenge

friday - the soup, chelsea handler

These are the regular primetime shows that I watch:

Sunday - Amazing Race (Sopranos and/or The L Word, if they're in season)
Monday - Studio 60, Weeds, Inside the Actors Studio
Tuesday - Nip/Tuck
Wednesday - ANTM, Top Chef/Project Runway
Thursday - Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, RW/RR "The Duel"

Sports is a big thing, as well, but it varies week to week. Also, if there's a rerun of West Wing or Judging Amy, I'm probably watching it...oh, and those damn USA Law & Order SVU marathons.
