They're just not a good team. The defense is getting old, and the offense has been neutered in the past 2 years with the loss of their receivers and running backs. Hester might win them a game or 2 with his returns, but it's ridiculous that they are banking on him turning into a #1 receiver.

If Mike Brown, Tommie Harris and Brian Urlacher stay healthy all year, they could possibly win 7 or 8 games. But if recent history is any indication, 1 or all of them will miss significant time. Their schedule is pretty tough this year.

What was the deal with Fox's coverage of the Bears game. They went into overtime and they showed the first offensive series, then a Fox announcer came on and said something about a NFL rule that prevented them from continuing to show the game, then they cut to their idiots gabbing about other games, and then beach volleyball preempted the NFL.

What NFL rule prevented them from showing the game? The one they made up to avoid getting letters from angry viewers?

Maybe it's a special rule the NFL came up with just for FOX, 'cause CBS didn't have any problems broadcasting their overtime.
